Our office welcomes new patients.
We take great pride in providing a pleasant and welcoming
environment for every patient providing “One Stop Dental Care” for all
patients, from ages 1 to 101.

Given a little extra effort and attention, your child's visit to
our office will be entertaining and fun. We guarantee age appropriate
instruction in helping children develop good hygiene and habits for a life long
healthy smile. Our services for children include general dentistry,
hygiene, sealants, fluoride, orthodontics, orthopedics, and more.
Your first visit with Michael W. Dagostino, D.D.S. establishes a
foundation for our relationship with you. During this first visit, we gather
important information about you, including your medical history, and allow
appropriate time to get to know your doctor.

You can save some time at your first appointment by printing and
completing the patient form in advance.

Please be on time for your appointments to help us maintain our schedule and commitment
to all patients. If you have an unforeseen circumstance that causes a late
arrival, please phone our office to alert our staff, who have prepared for
your visit at a specific time.
Please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to
keep your appointment. This courtesy makes it possible to give your appointment
time to another patient who desires to see the doctor. If you do not notify our
office at least 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge you for a
missed appointment.
